OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Advanced Education dated September 18, 2025, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Advanced Education entering into agreements with the Province of Prince Edward Island, the Province of New Brunswick, and the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, to facilitate the preferred admission of their residents to programs of study provided by Dalhousie University, in the form set forth in Appendices "A", "B" and "C" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreements.
