OIC Number: 2003 - 306 Date of Order: Jun 27, 2003 OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated December 18, 2002, and pursuant to Order in Council 81-1422 dated November 17, 1981, which Order approved the establishment of Trade Centre Limited, and pursuant to Order in Council 85-342 dated April 2, 1985, and pursuant to all other authority in her vested is pleased to: (

a) approve the reappointment of Mayor Peter Kelly of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Director of the Trade Centre Limited for a further term of two years commencing January 1, 2003; (

b) approve the appointment of the following persons as Directors of the Trade Centre Limited for a term of two years commencing December 22, 2002: Councillor Ron Cooper of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; Councillor Robert Harvey of Lower Sackville, Halifax Regional Municipality; Councillor Sue Uteck of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality (
