Order in Council 1196/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology Act, 2002, and subsection 4(2) of Ontario Regulation 34/03 made under the Act, Susan Ferguson of Camlachie be re-appointed, subject to the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, as a member of the board of governors of The Lambton College of Applied Arts and Technology, for a period effective the later of September 1, 2020 and the date this Order in Council is made, and ending not later than August 31, 2023.
