In general terms, the purpose of Development Regulations Amendment No. 3, 2002 is to add Light Industry to the discretionary use classes of the Commercial Downtown Zone.

The Gander Development Regulations Amendment No. 3, 2002 come into effect on the day that this notice is published in The Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette . Anyone who wishes to inspect a copy of these amendments may do so at the Town Office, Gander during normal working hours.
