B.C. Reg. 105/2016 , deposited May 3, 2016, under the OIL AND GAS ACTIVITIES ACT [sections 110 and 112 (1) (c)]. Regulation of the Board of the Oil and Gas Commission, dated May 3, 2016.

The Board of the Oil and Gas Commission orders that the Fee, Levy and Security Regulation, B.C. Reg. 8/2014, is amended

(

a) by repealing

section 4.1 and substituting the following:

Fees for advice and consultation services

4.1 The following fees must be submitted to the commission for advice and consultation services provided in relation to an oil and gas activity for which an environmental certificate under

section 10 (1) (

c) of the Environmental Assessment Act is required:

(a) $180 000 for advice and consultation services provided for 3 or more months, but less than 9 months;

(b) $260 000 for advice and consultation services provided for 9 or more months, but less than 18 months;

(c) $350 000 for advice and consultation services provided for 18 or more months. , and

(

b) in

section 23 by repealing paragraphs (

a) and (

b) and substituting the following:

(

a) if the permit holder is a producer,

(

i) for invoices sent by the collector in May and June of 2016, $1.20 per m 3 of petroleum produced by the producer,

(ii) for any other invoices, $1.30 per m 3 of petroleum produced by the producer,

(iii) for invoices sent by the collector in May and June of 2016, $0.60 per 1 000 m 3 of marketable gas produced by the producer, and

(iv) for any other invoices, $0.71 per 1 000 m 3 of marketable gas produced by the producer; .
