OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated August 28, 1998, pursuant to subsection 4(1) of

Chapter 130 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Disabled Persons'Commission Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint the following persons as members of the Disabled Persons' Commission for a term of office of two years commencing September 15, 1998, and ending September 14, 2000: Scott L. Hemming of R.R.#2 Tantallon, Halifax Regional Municipality, and Ralph D. Ferguson of Pictou, Pictou County; (

b) reappoint the following persons as members of the Disabled Persons' Commission for a further term of office of two years commencing September 15, 1998, and ending September 14, 2000: Nita Irvine of Wolfville, Kings County, Barbara Welsford of R.R.#2 Mahone Bay, Lunenburg County; and (

c) reappoint the following persons as members of the Disabled Persons' Commission for a further term of office of two years commencing October 1, 1998, and ending September 30, 2000: Frank O'Sullivan of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, Craig J. MacKinnon of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, and Ted Morrison of Glace Bay, Cape Breton Regional Municipality.
