Order in Council 1023/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended,

Navdeep Singh Dhaliwal of Milton

be appointed as a member of the Regional Municipality of Halton Police Services Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed two years, effective from the later of June 4, 2023 or the date this Order in Council is made.
