Order in Council 1538/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 7(1) and 7(4) of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Appeal and Review Boards Act, 1998 , Christine T. Moss of Toronto be reappointed as a member and redesignated as full-time Chair of the Health Services Appeal and Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective December 12, 2020 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
