OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated August 15, 2002, pursuant to

Section 672.38 of

Chapter C-46 of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, the Criminal Code, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Dr. Michael Teehan of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Review Board for a term of office of three years commencing September 24, 2002; (

b) reappoint Dr. Harry Poulos of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Review Board for a term of office of three years commencing September 24, 2002; and (

c) determine the remuneration of Dr. Michael Teehan and Dr. Harry Poulos be each at the rate of $75.00 per hour.
