OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Climate Change dated October 3, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 20 of
Chapter 1 of the Acts 1994-95, the Environment Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Environment and Climate Change: (
a) issuing an easement over portions of lands designated as PID 50007814 located at Point Tupper, Nova Scotia, and shown outlined in bold on the plan marked
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to Point Tupper Marine Services Co., EverWind Terminals Canada Co., and EverWind Terminals Canada Partnership, and their successors and assigns, which will terminate upon the transfer of ownership of all infrastructure to Nova Scotia Power Incorporated; and (
b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
