OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated May 15, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 39 of the Acts of 2005, the Dispensing Opticians Act, and
Section 44A of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to appoint Marion Landers of Amherst, Cumberland County, as a member of the Board of the Nova Scotia College of Dispensing Opticians for a two year term commencing May 1, 2008 and expiring April 30, 2010.
