Order in Council 487/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 12 of the Toronto Islands Residential Community Stewardship Act, 1993 ,

Lorraine Filyer of Toronto

be reappointed as a part-time member of the board of directors of the Toronto Islands Residential Community Trust Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond December 31, 2019, effective the later of April 1, 2019 and the date this Order in Council is made.
