OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated November 12, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Public Health Agency of Canada, allowing a Public Health Agency of Canada Field Surveillance Officer to work with the Department of Health and Wellness, in the form set out in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or a form of agreement to like form and effect, effective on and after January 26, 2021.
