Order in Council 1591/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 41 (1) and (4) of the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021 , Michael Sherrard of Toronto be reappointed as part-time member and redesignated chair of the board of directors of Skilled Trades Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the later of January 1, 2025 and the date this Order in Council is made.
