OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated March 27, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Public Health Agency of Canada respecting the implementation of an Emergency Response Assistance Plan, in the form of agreement as set out in
Schedule A, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after April 22, 2014.
