OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the administration of the Advisory Council on the Status of Women dated May 13, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 3 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint the following persons as members of the Advisory Council on the Status of Women, each for a term of office of three years commencing June 1, 2002: Patricia LeBlanc of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; Doreen Paris of New Glasgow, Pictou County; Linda Carvery of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; and (

b) appoint the following persons as members of the Advisory Council on the Status of Women, each for a term of office of three years commencing June 1, 2002: Candy Palmater of Centre Rawdon, Hants County; Mary Hamblin of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; Nancy Vromans of R.R.#1 Brooklyn, Region of Queens Municipality; and Mary Elizabeth Chisholm of Antigonish, Antigonish County.
