Prohibition

1 No person shall engage in the following activities in that portion of Porcupine Provincial Forest shown on Plan No. 20262 filed in the office of the Director of Surveys at Winnipeg:

(

a) logging, mining or the development of oil, petroleum, natural gas or hydro-electric power;

(

b) any other activity that significantly and adversely affects habitat.

Interdiction

1 Il est interdit, dans la

partie de la forêt provinciale Porcupine indiquée sur le plan n o 20262 déposé au bureau du directeur des Levés à Winnipeg :

a) soit de faire de l'exploitation forestière, minière, pétrolière ou gazière ou de l'aménagement hydroélectrique;

b) soit de se livrer à des activités qui ont des répercussions négatives importantes sur l'habitat.
