Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated July 7, 2006, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) grant an easement over parcel E4 and E5, certain lands, situate between Salmon River Road and College Road, Bible Hill, County of Colchester, and more particularly described in Schedules "A" and "A1" and shown on Schedules "B" and "B1" which Schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) grant an easement over two parcels of land between Salmon River Road and College Road to the Village of Bible Hill and the Town of Truro, for the price of $1.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Grant of Easement in such form as the Minister determines.\x09
