OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated March 20, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 308 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Natural Products Act , is pleased to: (
a) appoint Jim Burrows of Green Oaks, Colchester County, as a member of the Natural Products Marketing Council for a term of three years commencing April 10, 2018; (
b) determine that Jim Burrows be remunerated for his service in the amount of $100.00 per day and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling his duties as a member, provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally paid to members of the civil service.
