CHAPTER 22

An Act to amend The Court of Appeal Act, 2000 (Assented to May 17, 2007) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title 1 This Act may be cited as The Court of Appeal Amendment Act, 2007. S.S. 2000, c.C-42.1,

section 3 amended 2

Section 3(2) of The Court of Appeal Act, 2000 is amended by striking out “eight” and substituting “six”. Coming into force 3 This Act comes into force on assent.

Titre abrégé 1 Loi de 2007 modifiant la Loi de 2000 sur la Cour d’appel. Modification de l’article 3 du ch. C-42.1 des L.S. 2000 2 Le paragraphe 3(2) de la Loi de 2000 sur la Cour d’appel est modifié par suppression du mot “huit” et son remplacement par le mot “six”. Entrée en vigueur 3 La présente loi entre en vigueur sur sanction.
