Order in Council 1174/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1509/2020, dated November 12, 2020, Geertruida W. Schurer was appointed as a member of the Town of Collingwood Police Services Board;

And

whereas Geertruida W. Schurer has, in writing, resigned this appointment;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1509/2020, dated November 12, 2020, is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
