On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to
section 23(1) of the Building Code Act, 1992,
Albert Schepers of the City of Windsor
be appointed as a part-time member of the Building Code Commission for a fixed term of two years, effective on the date this Order in Council is made.
