CROWN FOREST SUSTAINABILITY ACT, 1994 LOI DE 1994 SUR LA DURABILITÉ DES FORÊTS DE LA COURONNE An amendment to section 54 of the Crown Forest Sustain- ability Act, 1994 removes the requirement that a person have a sufficient supply of forest resources before the Minister of Natu- ral Resources is permitted to issue a forest resource processing facility licence to the person. Une modification apportée à l’article 54 de la Loi de 1994 sur la durabilité des forêts de la Couronne supprime l’obliga- tion qu’a une personne de dis poser d’un approvisionnement suffisant en ressources forestières avant que le ministre des Ri- chesses naturelles soit autorisé à lui délivrer un permis d’instal- lation de transformation de ressources forestières. INCOME TAX ACT LOI DE L’IMPÔT SUR LE REVENU The Income Tax Act is amended to impose a tax called the Ontario Health Premium. The new section 2.2 imposes the tax and the new section 3.1 governs how it is calculated. Conse- quential amendments are made to other sections of the Act.
