Order in Council 1229/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5(1) of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Act, 2019 , Heidi Reinhart of Toronto be reappointed as a part-time member of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Board of Directors, for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending September 15, 2023.

Further,

whereas Heidi Reinhart was appointed as part-time member and designated as vice-chair of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Board of Directors for a fixed term of two years, effective September 16, 2021 by Order in Council O.C. 1247/2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 5(3) of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Act, 2019 , Order in Council O.C. 1247/2021 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
