OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated May 5, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Vaunda C. MacDonald of New Glasgow, Pictou County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, which appointment was made by Order in Council 90-219, dated February 20, 1990, while employed with Goodman, MacDonald, Patterson, Barristers and Solicitors; and (
b) appoint Vaunda C. MacClure of New Glasgow, Pictou County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while employed with Goodman, MacDonald, Patterson, Barristers and Solicitors.
