Statute: Expropriation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated December 5, 2000, and pursuant to

Section 80 of

Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to: (

a) dispose of certain lands containing 265.3 square metres and 655.4 square metres, more or less, situate at or near Mansfield, Cumberland County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the said land to The Town of Oxford, a Municipal Corporation, in Cumberland County, for the price of $201.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
