Order in Council 1270/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 49(2)(

c) of the Courts of Justice Act , the Honourable Regional Senior Judge Patrick James Boucher, a regional senior judge of the Ontario Court of Justice for the Northeast Region, be appointed a member of the Ontario Judicial Council until he ceases to hold office as a regional senior judge, effective December 17, 2018.
