OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated September 6, 2000, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Norma MacLean of Halifax, Halifax County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the City of Halifax, which appointment was made by Order in Council 95-976 dated December 19, 1995; and (
b) appoint Norma MacLean of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Halifax Regional Municipality.
