Notice of Protected Water Supply Area

under the

Environment Act

(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of

section 10 of the Environment Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the South East River Water Supply Area for the Town of

Placentia

as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 820320 46 00' grid azimuth for a distance of approximately 450 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 9 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 77 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,150 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 95 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,425 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 132 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 94 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,250 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 81 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,450 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 127 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,125 metres;
