CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Fuel Tax Act, 2000 (Assented to May 27, 2005) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advi ce and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Fuel Tax Amendment Act, 2005. S.S. 2000, c.F-23.21 amended The Fuel Tax Act, 2000 is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended

Section is amended: (

a) in clause (

b) by striking out “ $0.035” and substituting “$0.015 ”; and (

b) in clause (

e) by striking out “ $0.035” and substituting “$0.015”.

Section amended Clause 51(1)(

l) is amended by striking out “ clause 8(d)” and substituting “clauses 8(
