OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated July 23, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 25IA of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective July 24, 2015: (
a) revoke Order in Council 2015-89 dated March 24, 2015; and (
b) assign responsibility for the Office of Communications Nova Scotia to the Honourable Zach Churchill, a Member of the Executive Council.
