OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Culture dated April 15, 1999, pursuant to subsection 10(2) of
Chapter 254 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Libraries Act, is pleased to appoint Bryon Merrett of Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, as a member of the Western Counties Regional Library Board for a term of office commencing April 1, 1999 and ending December 31, 2002.
