OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 4, 2011, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire land located in Annapolis and Digby Counties, Nova Scotia, being shaded in dark grey and identified as Parcels 1 - 6 on the maps marked

Schedule "A" to

Schedule "E" attached to and forming part of report and recommendation, from Timberland Resources and Trucking Limited and 3075210 Nova Scotia Limited, its trustees, approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $317,000 plus any legal fees, appraisal and survey costs, subject to the condition that Timberland Resources and Trucking Limited and 3075210 Nova Scotia Limited, its trustees, approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
