OIC Text: The Governor in council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated November 19, 2009, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effect February 16, 2010, to give approval to the Minister of Health to amend the Contribution Agreement with Health Canada, number AT0800074, which was originally approved by Order in Council 2007-439 dated August 17, 2007, as follows: (

a) additional funding of $72,000 from the Government of Canada to fund the completion of expanded existing and new deliverables to the project; and (

b) extend the project timeline from August 31, 2009 to March 31, 2010 to complete all project deliverables.
