Order in Council 607/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4 (1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Dr. Richard Alexander Wells a legally qualified medical practitioner, be appointed as Regional Coroner for that part of the Central Region of Ontario comprised of the geographical area of Toronto prescribed under the Territorial Division Act, 2002, west of Yonge Street, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective the date this Order in Council is made;

And that Order in Council numbered O.C. 456/2013 dated the 17th day of April, 2013 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
