OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board dated April 3, 2025, and pursuant to

Section 35 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased, effective April 22, 2025, to approve a borrowing plan for the fiscal year 2025-2026, comprising the borrowing of money by the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board for terms greater than three hundred and sixty-five days to a maximum aggregate amount of $3,470,500,000.
