Order in Council 1802/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1619/99, dated October 6, 1999, Dr. Susan E. Aitken was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

Whereas Dr. Susan E. Aitken has, in writing, resigned her appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective January 1, 2014;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1619/99, dated October 6, 1999, appointing Dr. Susan E. Aitken as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
