OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated September 18, 2002, pursuant to
Section 30 of
Chapter 192 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act, is pleased to appoint the chartered accounting firm of Levy Casey Carter MacLean as auditors for the purposes of
Section 30 of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act for a term of three (3) years, and upon the mutual agreement of Levy Casey Carter MacLean and the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission, the term may be extended annually for a further period not to exceed two (2) years.
