OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated December 12, 2024, and pursuant to Sections 4, 4B, 25IA and 25LA of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective December 12, 2024, to: (

a) revoke paragraph (

b) of Order in Council 2021-218 dated August 31, 2021, assigning ministerial responsibility for the Office of Communications Nova Scotia; (

b) revoke paragraph (

b) of Order in Council 2021-219 dated August 31, 2021, assigning ministerial responsibility for labour relations; (

c) revoke paragraph (

b) of Order in Council 2015-267 dated July 30, 2015, and paragraph (

b) of Order in Council 2021-221 dated August 31, 2021, assigning ministerial responsibility for the Office of Regulatory Affairs and Service Effectiveness; and (

d) revoke paragraph (

b) of Order in Council 2021-222 dated August 31, 2021, assigning ministerial responsibility for trade.
