Order in Council 1629/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Marlene Kesler of Barrie be reappointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending April 27, 2024.

Further,

whereas Marlene Kesler was appointed as full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective April 28, 2022 by Order in Council O.C. 1034/2022;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1034/2022 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
