OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated February 24, 2009, and pursuant to subsections 59C(1), (1A), and (2) of
Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Health to enter into an agreement as set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, or a form of agreement to like form and effect, with McKesson Canada Corporation to provide telecare services within the Province of Nova Scotia, effective on and after March 23, 2009.
