Order in Council 333/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code , Karen Mason of Hamilton be appointed as full-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Karen Mason was reappointed as part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of three years, effective January 17, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 96/2020;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 96/2020 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
