Order in Council 1765/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Compensation for Victims of Crime Act , Kevin Gordon Cleghorn of Thunder Bay be reappointed as part-time member of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board for a fixed term effective January 1, 2020 and ending May 8, 2022.
