Order in Council 1058/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 86.1(1) and 86.1(3) of the Courts of Justice Act , Alexander Ilchenko, Barrister and Solicitor of Mississauga, Ontario, be appointed as a case management master of the Superior Court of Justice for a period of seven years, effective August 12, 2021.
