Order in Council 1824/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1221/2020, dated August 20, 2020, Peter P. Politis of Cochrane was appointed as a member of the Cochrane Police Services Board for a term of three years effective August 20, 2020;

And

whereas Peter P. Politis has been elected to the municipal council;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1221/2020, dated August 20, 2020, appointing Peter P. Politis as a member of the Cochrane Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
