Order in Council 1554/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Gina Saccoccio Brannan was reappointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three-years, effective January 19, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 1383/2024;

And

whereas Gina Saccoccio Brannan tendered her resignation effective May 27, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 1383/2024 be revoked effective May 27, 2025.
