OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Lands and Forestry dated March 3, 2021, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Lands and Forestry: (

a) acquiring approximately 173.01 hectares (427.5 acres) of land located at Albany Cross, Annapolis County, Nova Scotia, (currently identified as PIDs: 05309273; 05158035; 05309265; 05309257; 05158050) shown outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule "A", which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from Marchand Properties Ltd. or its approved successors or assigns for a purchase price of $203,062.50 (plus HST if applicable), subject to the condition that Marchand Properties Ltd. or its approved successors or assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
