EXEMPTION AMENDMENT REGULATION

section 2(2) of the Safety Codes Act.

1 The Exemption Regulation (AR 351/2003) is amended by

this Regulation.

Section 5 is amended

(

a) by striking out "clause 5.8.1.4(1)(a)" and substituting

"clause 5.7.1.4(1)";

(

b) by striking out "1997" wherever it occurs and

substituting "2006".
