Order in Council 595/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 4 (2) (

b) of the Ontario College of Teachers Act, 1996 and Ontario Regulation 345/96 made under that Act,

Colleen Landers of Timmins

be re-appointed as a member of the Council of the Ontario College of Teachers to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective the later of the date this Order in Council is made and June 5, 2020.
