CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Property Improvement Grant Act (Assented to July 9, 1982) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Property Improvement Grant Amendment Act, 1982. Rev. Stat. c.P-29,

section 3.1 amended

Section 3.1 of The Property Improvement Grant Act is amended by striking out “$375” and substituting “$425”. Coming into force This Act comes in to force on the day of assent but is retroactive and is deemed to have been in force on and from January 1, 1982.
